BACK COUNTRY BREWING OUTDOOR DINING & Mural

The Challenge: Back Country Brewing aimed to develop an underutilized meanwhile space, accommodating more guests and hosting events. The objective was to fashion an inviting, environment-capable space to enhance patrons' outdoor dining experience. Recognizing the potential in their parking lot, the brewery reached out to Hawkers to transform the space to meet these objectives.

The Solution: Hawkers embarked on this project, designing and constructing two connected Box Parklets using upcycled shipping containers. Strategically placed directly in front of Back Country Brewing, these parklets were a result of collaboration with both Back Country Brewing and the City of Squamish.

The creative journey didn't end there. Hawkers collaborated with the urban art muralist team, The WKDNRS, to create a custom branded mural for the project. The resulting mural proudly displays Back Country Brewing's distinctive beer can design.

The transformed space has not only provided Back Country Brewing with an economic boost but also serves as a model for any brewery or restaurant owner looking to enhance their outdoor dining experience.
